I had an excellent time staying at this hotel. The food was amazing. The chef made fresh food for me even though I was late and the kitchen was closing. The tea was the best I've ever had. The lentil and paneer stir fry was delicious. The staff was fantastic and ensured I had a great experience.

During my recent stay for Christmas, I was pleased with the delicious food and excellent service offered at this hotel. The chef went out of his way to prepare fresh food despite the kitchen closing and the tea was amazing. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and the hotel's grand exterior added to the overall experience.
I was disappointed when we were initially placed in a smoking room despite our request for a non-smoking room. The staff was quick to change our room upon request, but the linen did not look too clean and was a bit of a letdown.

Our room had a smoking smell even though we asked for a non-smoking room. They changed it for us quickly when we asked, but the linen didn't look very clean.
